This newly completed three bedroom semi detached house offers a simple, contemporary home from home. The ground floor facilities include a good sized lounge with access to the enclosed, private garden/patio area perfect for hosting BBQ's. The lounge area currently hosts a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to four people. The separate kitchen is next to the lounge and along the hallway you will find a double bedroom and WC. Up a short flight of stairs, the first floor offers two good sized double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and the family bathroom offers a bath/shower combination.

The driveway has space for two cars and the residential road is unrestricted all year. Please note that the private road up to the house is narrow and we would recommend reversing the car to park. This accommodation is a 10 minute short cab/bus ride or 25-30 minute walk to Bournemouth Town Centre. The local shops and supermarket are just a short 5-10 minute walk away.

This property has a Basic Welcome Pack which includes: Washing up liquid, J-cloth, General surface cleaner, Bleach, Toilet roll, Kitchen roll, Black and white bin liners. If you wish to upgrade to a Standard or Deluxe Welcome Pack please select the option on your booking form. A Standard Welcome Pack includes all of the Basic Welcome Pack plus Tea bags, Coffee sticks, Sugar sticks and Milk (UHT) (an extra £2.95 to upgrade) and the Deluxe Welcome Pack includes all of the Standard Welcome Pack plus Decaf coffee sticks, Sweeteners, Laundry tablets, Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap (an extra £5.95).

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £300.00 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The property is located in Charminster a perfect, central location within walking distance to a wide variety of multi–cultural shops, bars and restaurants; with foods ranging from Spanish to Japanese to Italian. There are frequent bus services to all the surrounding areas of Bournemouth, some of the natural highlights of Charminster can be found in Queens Park, a picturesque mature parkland and great conditioned, challenging golf course.

Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.

Take a walk up Hengistbury head and you’ll be greeted with wonderful views of the coastline and the Isle of Wight. Stroll down the other side and you’ll find yourself on the beach where you can quench your thirst in the café or catch a boat over to Christchurch. The priory town with its castle ruins and natural harbour offers some lovely locations for lunch or dinner.

The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!

Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
