The Penthouse apartment of Trelawney Court is located on the third floor. The apartment is either accessed via a lift or stairs, is south facing and enjoys views of Bournemouth, it has a spacious balcony with chic seating space. The lounge is furnished with contemporary furniture, 42" wall mounted Flat screen TV/CD/DVD/Home Cinema System.

The whole apartment has an ambience of character about it, with its contemporary beams, velux windows and eave ceilings. The spacious 19ft x 14ft lounge offers double patio doors dressed with beautiful white plantation shutters to the balcony area. The whole apartment has a lovely feel about it with bright spacious bedrooms and a well fitted kitchen measuring 9ft x 8ft 9 which opens up to the lounge offering modern day living which is perfect for spending time with each other whilst preparing meals.

Bedroom one of the apartment measures 18ft 7 x 13ft 5, offers a king-size bed plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is 14ft x 13ft has a double bed and bed-settee together with storage space. The family bathroom is next door to bedroom two.

The apartment is newly built occupying the whole back of the third floor with patio doors and plantation window shutters leading to the balcony, velux windows throughout the apartment giving the amazing experience of sleeping under the stars each night. Each room in this apartment has a sense of warmth, Lounge/Diner & kitchen all flow into one. Both bedrooms are light airy and very spacious. Words cannot compliment this apartment enough because of the character and welcoming feel.

This apartment is a short cab/bus ride or walking distance to Bournemouth Town Centre and the sea front. The train/bus station, local shops and supermarket are a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. A guide book is provided which details all local information and contact numbers. This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £275 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure

The apartment is located near to Bournemouth railway station, within easy reach of the town centre.

Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.


Take a walk up Hengistbury head and you’ll be greeted with wonderful views of the coastline and the Isle of Wight. Stroll down the other side and you’ll find yourself on the beach where you can quench your thirst in the café or catch a boat over to Christchurch. The priory town with its castle ruins and natural harbour offers some lovely locations for lunch or dinner.

The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!

Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
