Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £250.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The apartment is located in the West Cliff area where you can find local bars, restaurants and Durley Chine a leafy walk which leads directly to the sea front.
Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.
Take a walk up Hengistbury head and you’ll be greeted with wonderful views of the coastline and the Isle of Wight. Stroll down the other side and you’ll find yourself on the beach where you can quench your thirst in the café or catch a boat over to Christchurch. The priory town with its castle ruins and natural harbour offers some lovely locations for lunch or dinner.
The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!
Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
