This ground floor annex is surrounded by beautiful scenery, with Parkstone Golf Course and the gardens of the Compton Acres in very close proximity. Comprising of one double bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Spacious open plan dining, lounge and kitchen area with a combination microwave (oven with grill) for cooking. The secluded and private garden has reclining chairs and adjustable parasol. Disposable BBQs are made available by the owners. The garden also hosts an undercover area for relaxing in the warm summer months and space to store bikes. Car/Boat parking is adjacent to the annex, please note there is space for a boat of a maximum 20 foot in length.

Canford Cliffs Village boasts many bars/bistros and Sandbanks beaches are a just a 15-20 minute stroll away with local amenities and shops just at the end of the road. This apartment is ideally suited for couples and single professionals who are searching for a relaxing, private holiday home. Strictly NON SMOKING within the property (although patio area available to smoke outside, please dispose of ends sensibly) and NO PETS PERMITTED on the premises.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £175 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The property is located in the affluent suburb of Canford Cliffs, located between Bournemouth town centre and Poole, where you can find local bars and restaurants. Close to the area of Sandbanks, famous for its high property values, you’ll find the beach is sandy and flat with shallow waters making it a popular site for water sports, especially windsurfing and parasailing.

Take the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland and head up to Old Harry Rocks where you’ll be greeted with amazing views of the coastline. On the way back why not stop and quench your thirst in the local pub or even have a spot of lunch.

Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.


The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!

Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
